QOH

Or is it QDH?

I went to Indianapolis Thursday morning. Could only find a 8:10 PM
return Friday night through Continental so I took it. I finished
early Friday. Returned the rental car at 1 PM and went to the airport
to stand by for the next flight going back to Newark. I found the
Spring break rush of college students returning home was the reason I
could not find an earlier return flight. I also missed the cut
standing by for the 2:25 PM flight back to Newark because of the same
reason. All flights back to Newark were oversold. But my bag made it
on the small Embraer. Later I filled the last available seat standing
by the next flight at 5:25 PM to Newark. It was a 737-500.

When I arrived at Newark at 7:45 PM my chacked bag is naturally not on
the carrousel because it had already arrived ahead of me. Continental
told me to go to QOH to get my bag. What is it?

Why didn't you just ask them?
Did you leave the airport without it?

I should have. My livery was waiting. Of course I did pick up my bag
in the QOH office.

Thanks. If you are at the ground floor in Newark Terminal C where
Continental baggage claim is located you'll see the QOH office near
one of the carrousels.
