Half the information is either blatantly obvious, or completely wrong.

Quotes-
"5. Car rentals – Taxi fare is expensive in Dubai. Rent a car is the
best option. Do it in advance."

In fact, taxis are remarkably cheap.

"6. Driving – Dubai is a left hand driven state."

Dubai traffic drives on the right. The cars are left hand drive.

"9. Language – Arabic is the main language in Dubai. Most of them can
understand and speak English. But make sure that you speak slowly for
them to understand properly."

In fact, hardly anyone in Dubai speaks Arabic. The vast majority of
the population is immigrant, and the common language is English.

Is that what the OP meant by "left hand driven"?

The most common languages are probably from the Indian sub-continent
but most visitors usually come into contact with English.
