British Airways Customer Service In The USA

Is it just me or is anyone else on the same page with me!

The BA website is so darn difficult to use and the link to book and
upgrade a ticket in Executive Club section has been broken for ages!

And I am just amazed how limited their telephone hours are for booking
tickets and how long the wait is to reach a reservations agent.

I switched from United to save miles with BA so I can upgrade and fly
on a business cabin with flat beds but man oh man, I am starting to
think it was a mistake! It seems you have to book a certain type of
fair to even earn a point for each mile flown and upgradeable tickets
are twice the cost compared to United.

Where am I going wrong?!!!
What is the best airline with flat beds in business and an easy
Frequent Flyer program?

Oh and one other complaint: To find contact information on BA.com, I
have to click 5 places before I can find US reservation number. How
can a site be so darn hard to use for such a major airline?

First Voyager (and last on BA!)

A person I use to make my travel bookings, to ensure that I don't have
the kinds of problems you've had.
