Iberia flight booking question....

Hi people,
does anyone here knows why my booking can't be viewed on the Iberia
website,but well on Amadeus network and British Airways website?
I made the booking online on BCD travel belgium.
The error i get is this:The system is temporarely unable to process your
request(9102).....and this takes allready 2 weeks now and it worked fine
before.....
Can anyone tell me what is going on?thx,appreciated
