Sure. Nearly anyone can fly. (Until they go ballastic) She's
probibly "flagged" in some way now.

It's not a description of the female psyche, it's a description of the typical
behavior of a drug addict.

And no, drug addicts should probably not be flying, if their addiction
requires a fix that they won't be able to get on board.
