Looking for early/mid 80's CJ auto trans ...

For a variety of reasons, I'm looking for a stock (factory) early /
mid 80's auto trans for a CJ7 - in other words -- a TF999 -- to swap
into my 83 CJ7, replacing the T176.

It'll be going behind the 258 and front of the D300 which I understand
will NOT require any adapaters (AA seems to thikn their stuff is made
of gold) NOR result in front drive shaft clearance issues.

Anyone got one they're tired of tripping over in their garage/shop
that they'd like to get rid of OR have a line on where I can find one?

Many thanks

Lynn in Vancouver

This transmission exists, but is not that common. Have you tried Gemini
Sales?

http :// www .gemini-sales,com

There are two Vancouvers.

Cheers,

Earle
