How do I block ussless posts like the MI5 Persecution?

I've been manually deleting them - easy since they mostly pop up in blocks
of 10 or so. click on the first one and scroll down to last one and do shift
left-click to select the bunch of messages then hit delete.
You can also make a mail rule to sort out the string 'MI5 Persecution' and
automatically delete all occurances of it.

I found out,highlight one of the wankers headers-click on tools-in the
kill action box,clicl on delete-at the bottom check 'apply filters to
folders immediately-get a good feeling of accomplishment!.
