http://wikitravel.org/en/Hoi_An states that Hoi An's Full Moon Festival, aka
Old Town's Night - held on the 14th of every lunar month, one night before
the full moon, when the Old Town becomes even more festive than usual (which
is saying something). Usually starts around 6:30pm.
http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/astronomy.html?n=95&month=4&year=2008&obj=moon&afl=-11&day=1
gives the full moon in Vietnam as falling on April 20th this year
Finally, http://www.informatik.uni-leipzig.de/~duc/amlich/vncal_engl.html
confirms that the 14th day of the Vietnamese lunar month in April this year
actually falls on 19th April.
So April 19th it is - have fun!
