Where in Shenzhen can you purchase the model trains that are also
manufactured in Shenzhen ?

I would suggest going directly to the factory. There isn't really a
consumer market for model trains in Shenzhen, so the majority of the
product are for export. But I am sure they'd have production over
runs.
