[rasc World Series] Standings after Mexico City

And here they are... Been busy and all, but just in time for Christmas!

Finally my picks turned out good -- well, my practice ones, at least. 102
points with Frank....H and alien tied with 94, and Atomic Mutant at 84.

It's alien's turn with regards to qualifying picks with a neat and round
100. Frank....H has double-8, another nice figure, with Atomic again
rearing his head with 83.

Who won the last race of the season? Well, let's not wait any longer, it's
alien with 267 points. Frank....H comes in second with 250 and yeah,
Atomic Mutant is at it again with 236.

Race then. Do you still remember who won that race and how he did it?
Okay then. Alien 73, Jason once again 69, Frank....H 68.

But the real winner here is Jason 'Atomic Mutant' Hoehn, winning the 2006
rec.autos.sport.cart World Series with 3146 points, 63 more than runner-up
Frank...H and a whopping 166 over alien! Congratulations, everyone,
and I mean everyone!

There is one more ranking to make up before I give you the final standings
of 2006. The Mexican Cup also goes to Jason, as the following will show:

1. Atomic Mutant 497
2. alien 492
3. Frank....H 480
4. Christof Kappler 400
5. Mark Seem 396
6. Sander Verbrugge 376
7. Gary Shell 224
8. Chris Halverson 218
9. Wingman 194

Hmm, top 3 is nearly the same as the overall top 3.

And now the final standings after 14 races:

01. (01.) Atomic Mutant 3146
02. (02.) Frank....H 3083
03. (03.) alien 2983
04. (04.) Christof Kappler 2862
05. (05.) Mark Seem 2787
06. (07.) Sander Verbrugge 2466
07. (06.) Wingman 2237
08. (08.) Chris Halverson 971
09. (09.) Gary Shell 633
10. (10.) Bob Mina 414
11. (11.) Tim Eichman 405

Thanks and join us again in 2007, which could be an unpredictable season,
especially early in the season! Happy Holidays!
