Reunification is a distinct possibilty

The alphabet soup guys could still gain a measure of decency and dignity by
reunifying with USAC. When one has nothing left to lose they may as well
apologize to all they have wronged.

You are such a manly man, Ricky. I bet you smell good too. Would you

Wanting to love you as if you were a man,

The "alphabet soup guys" must be a reference to the IRL. They've got
alot
of apologizing to do.

Given your statement "must be a reference to the IRL",
might you kindly inform one and all as to when the IRL
were unified with USAC? Thanx, it's most appreciated.

USAC was the sanctioning body for the IRL from 1996-1997

Cite? In any case, prior to about 2002, the IRL
was correctly perceived as something of a joke.

http :// en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United States Automobile Club

I would say prior to, during and beyond 2002 the IRL has been
perceived as a joke.

Sanctioning body for, yes, unified with the IRL, hardly.

Apparently that's true for you, and other
incapables that can't distinguish the difference.

Funny how the current home of that which made
CART profitable (the Andrettis, Penske, Ganassi,
Mears, Unsers, Rahal, De Ferran, Castroneves,
Franchitti, Indy 500, TV exposure, all of which
later aligned with the IRL), and the series of racing's
easily most well known (sorry Shirley Muldowney)
and competitve female open wheel driver, would be
categorized by the incompetent and envious chumps
as a joke.

More recently, it is and has been the IRL drivers
(Andretti, Wheldon, Kanaan ... even Danica was
made an offer, which she declined) that have been
receiving tests and/or offers with top F1 teams, as
opposed to the chumps who have to console
themselves with a test with an F1 bottom dweller.
Even at that, a test was offered (at which he ran
dead last on two of three days) only after having
finished first, in a non-competitive series, three
consectutive years (and in nearly every race).

The chumps are truly only kidding themselves.

Define "unified with" then.

Unified is a quite commonly understood term, any
dictionary can define it for you. Perhaps you should
understand the meaning of a word before you use it.

Unified? What are you Clintonesquely parsing words to make it seem
something other than USAC being engaged in oral copulation with the
IRL? You're just a lying clown.

http :// www .theautochannel,com /news/date/19970618/news003447.html

It came as no surprise to anyone in the world of motorsports: the new
Indy Racing League has dis-affiliated itself from U.S.A.C., The United
States Auto Club, a racing organization comprised of some very nice,
but very old men. USAC, which was actively involved with the formation
of the IRL, has proved that they cannot officiate big time auto
racing. This was very evident at the Indy 500, where USAC started the
last lap of "the greatest spectacle in racing" with both yellow and
green flags flying. Then they screwed up naming the winner of the
Texas IRL race last week, and it took all night to determine that Arie
Luyendyk won the thing by two laps over A.J. Foyt's two drivers. Foyt
punched out Arie, and USAC said they will take no disciplinary action
against the Texan, as they, USAC precipitated the fracas by naming the
wrong winner. IRL boss Tony George will remain on USAC's board. His
Grandfather, Tony Hulman was one of the founders of the open wheel
racing sanctioning body, who's offices are on the grounds of the Indy
speedway, a race they will no longer be involved with.

Seems justified, there was nothing legitimate about
the IRL in its early days. That is now, of course,
ancient history and the situation, with respect to ccws,
has shifted 180 degrees, with the latter now being the
joke.
