Racing World Mourns Most Boring IRL Race Ever Held

The title speaks for itself.

Thankfully, Tony George recently announced that Vision Racing is adding 10 more
cars to the field next year.

Spokesmen from "Idunno Racing" were unavailable for comment.

The fans sure didn't. Anyone else catch all the empty seats from the
blimp. Yet that is hardly surprising after all it is the IRL.

Just out of curiosity, if it's so bad, why did you all watch it?

Didn't watch it. Wouldn't waste my time.

Did not watch it either.

Check the TV ratings. I doubt very many people saw it at all.

Yes, you IRL trolls, the CC Vegas race won't have anybody watching it
as well. There, saved you the trouble of posting!

The point is that nobody has interest in open wheel racing. Can't blame
them: Divided loyalties, small fields, "names" moving to where they can
get attention and $$, not much sponsor interest.

Nobody cares anymore?

Exactly. That is the travesty of the last 10 years. NOBODY CARES
ANYMORE.

It shows you what greed, ego and lust for power will do. CART made
plenty of bad moves themselves, but I still blame TG and his revolving
cast of sycophants for the vast majority of damage that has been done.

CART was trying to grow the sport. TG just wanted control.
