You can add anything you like. At least I have a race coming right into my
back yard so I can be an OWRS hater/fan at the same time.

The IRL is all about giving the heroes of American short track racing a
chance.

The IRL is all about preserving the traditions of the Indy 500.

The IRL is all about preserving an open wheel oval track racing series
as an American sport.

The IRL is all about making sure costs are controlled so that small
teams can compete with the big dollar teams.

The IRL is NOT about racing.

"The IRL has never been about racing."

Like the "month" of may, "bump day" and 33 starters, right?

Which is why they race in Japan and on street courses.

After Penske, AGR and Ganassi, what else is there? Ok, RLR...

Agree

Nope. Just greed, power, control, ego, all that stuff...
