No. You reapply for your licence, stating you are in good health and
can see. You get a licence which is valid for a further 3 years. That
carries on until they carry you off.
Over 70's licences are restricted to cars & motorbikes only. If they do
want to drive a bus or truck, they do need to pass an annual medical.
