He on the one hand says that his family etc are embarrassed at his beahviour
but then says his behaviour is acceptable... Why are they embarrassed if its
acceptable behaviour? Point is it is not acceptable!

He's shameless. He enjoys violence. He must go. F1 must say clearly that
such behaviour is abhorrent and unacceptable. Violence is a no-no. Do you
want your kids watching a sport that promotes violence between people? There
are too many nutters on the streets as it is with knives and guns and
kicking shit out of others for fun to add to it with an approval of this.

Yes but we are not talking of say the minor embarrassment of say tucking
one's skirt on one's knickers but rather the public embarrassment of a head
of an international association for being a violent pervert with Nazi
tendencies. I note he has not denounced his father's beliefs. If you think
that embarrassment is minor then...

I don't give a damn to what he did in private... the "nazi" part was
introduced by NOTW thanks to his father's past and Max (as anybody,
including you and me) is not responsible for his parent's actions...
whatever he did, no matter how much disgusting people may call it ("kinky is
what others like...") it has no relation to F1 and it wasn't a crime...

OTOH, Honest Ron and McLaren did something much more serious to F1 and went
away with just a fine....

Your logic is as clear as mud. McLaren's supposed indiscretion was NOT
proven: they were forced to make an 'admission' to fend off this sort of
pervy persistent attack from Pervy Max who had a witch hunt going to get RD.

Pervy Max's unacceptable violent pleasure however IS proven. It also says
much about his character. His Nazi past is also proven and he has not
renounced his father's views. Indeed, he met his wife at a right-wing rally.

German to an English hooker? Of course to keep the German flavour going. Why

liberalism is imo (as you may have guessed) a better approach to life
than others. For as far as the McLaren deal goes, i'd say that trying
to compare this and that is fairly silly. These were very different
events, and neither can be truly "worst" than the other. McLaren
cheated, like I'm sure almost every other team has at one point or
another. They got caught, and they were punished. Seems fair. Sucks
some people get away with it. What happened here on the other hand is
not even a problem from a legal or sporting standpoint. The only real
problem is people's reaction to a heinous crime commited by a
newspaper, which (unfortunatelly) expectably is one of hate and
disdain for the VICTIM.

This said, the going public of the information, irregardless of what
the facts truly were (which to the public is almost entirely
irrelevnt), many people -including people within the motoring
industry- thought it would be better to withdraw trust in Mosley. This
may or may not be "right". I personally don't find it a "good reason",
but again this is due to my -perhaps overly- "open" views on the
matter.

Here we are commenting an interview where Mosley states his behaviour
was acceptable, and that is a GOOD THING. I would be much more weary
about a guy who, as the images came out, cowered in the shadows
crying, apologising claiming he was out of his mind and that what he
did was terrible.

Responding directly to you, ME, you say the McLaren deal was unproven,
while the Naziness is wel cast in stone. This is to say the least
stretching it a bit... Perhaps McLaren were coerced in their
confession letter (even though I do beleave them to have been guilty),
however saying that the video gives conclusive proof of the Nazi theme
is going a bit far.

You missed out Renault not getting any punishment - strange with Max now
known to enjoy dishing out punishment that he let them walk away. It's also
strange that although this thread was discussing Max you turned it to your
hatred of McLaren and RD, just shows how some peoples minds work.
