<snip>

"I think being in second place on the grid is a bit unreal, because we
probably have less fuel than the rest," Alonso told Spanish television
after qualifying. "We are not suddenly between the two Ferraris.

<snip>

"We'll see. If I have to bet I'd say sixth or seventh. I was fourth in Q2,
with everybody in the same conditions, but I had two sets of tyres.

The thinking man:
"They say Kimi's ice-cool, like he's flat-lined, but I think my
subconscious is pretty much like that"
Gracious:
"I was able to trick him into out-braking himself .. I apologise for that
but .. we got the points, so it doesn't really matter."
And from humble beginnings:
"..avoid getting caught up with all the monkeys at the back."
Lewis Hamilton

Idiot. He just never learns to keep his mouth shut. His time is running
out quickly I think.

Why for being honest? I'd rather this then delusional like Lewis.

An F1 driver being honest and open to the press? you don't see a problem
with that? When was the last time you heard Kimi say anything meaningful
to the press?

Driver interviews are pretty boring these days, especially compared to days
gone by when drivers said what's on their minds (like J. Villeneuve or Eddie
Irvine), and then some fans would berate them for being assholes!

At least it's not as bad as some races in North America, where they stick the
mic in some drivers festering gob and in a 1 minute sound byte, he manages to
mention every single one of his sponsors like "The Goody's Headache Powder,
Joes Pizza, Condom Shack Chevy was running great" all while switching hats
every 20 seconds that display different sponsor insignias on them!

Boring is the way. Nobody wants to alienate their sponsors.

Can we have a quote from Lewis that you think is delusional, please?
Just curious.
