He is resident - but not domiciled here:

"In 2007, the Italian tax authorities declared Rossi was being investigated
for suspected tax evasion...
...only declaring earnings made in Britain and avoiding taxes on his
lucrative merchandising and sponsorship contracts, commenting that Rossi
had: "residency in London but is not domiciled there."

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Valentino_Rossi#Personal_life

I guess that neither Stewart or Coulthard is either resident or domiciled
in Britain...typical Scotsmen :^P

Paddy McN has had the Monaco GP concession??? How long has he had
it?? That must be a gold mine.

Who is Martin Birrane?
Tom Wheatcroft - nice man. Too bad others in F1 are not like him.

I wonder if Irvine is still at that level. He invested a lot of his
money properties including Miami Beach and property has been whacked.
No sure if Dublin is still red hot. Did he have some Russian partners
too? Who suck his yacht in Miami? Yachts sitting at docks almost
never just sink.

I would guees Rog and Gilmour are worth more than Nick. I think Rog
treat Rick Wright like the hired help when he fired him. Nice
considering Rick was a founder.

Poor old Max did not make the list.

Mainly associated with Lola but also raced in many different
categories (1960s, 70's and 80's IIRC).
