This means that no US soldier can be found guilty of a war crime. US
diplomats explained that being exempt from such regulations would make

When the time comes for Europe to once again turn abroad to beg for
help to clean up their feted shit hole of a continent, the US must
turn around and reply with a resounding, "FUCK YOU!
