Well, I tell you it might be the same trend of what my IP has done
recently. A couple of years ago they completely dropped usenet - I use
a free one to post you'll see. Now they are throttling P2P traffic (down
to 5Kb/s in daylight hours). The killer is they (Bell) also run the lines
for the *other* IP's in the country. Not much left after that.

well, last time I drove thru that tunnel I was doing about 50 km/h on a
mile-tre Fiat... far from outstanding... ;)
