Wow. 7 lines to answer a yes/no question. And with neither
a yes nor a no.
Care to brush up your reading skills a little, and answer
the simple yes/no question with a yes/no answer?
In case you've forgotten, as it appears you have great
difficulties remembering things which are 20 lines higher
up in a post, did you or did you not post that 'lol' in
response to Depresion's "Watch as it goes up as you enter
my killfile."?

Not if one has any competence at comprehending English. Why on
earth would he mention something changing upon addition of someone
to his killfile unless presense in, or absense from, his killfile
was relevant to the quantity being discussed?
Yes, the qualifier was implicit. That's where the "comprehension"
comes in.

He himself mentioned it. Yes, previously he was talking about
a different group, but he has the right to introduce new things
into the discussion.
Apparently, however, he has no right to assume that everyone will
detect that he's changed what he's referring to, as it appears
that that's false.

It's closer to flaming. Don't be thick, and you won't get flamed; simple.
