I appear to have miscalculated since my gains and losses do not add up to
zero. Buggered if I'm going to waste another 10 minutes on it though };*)

A combination of the pace car and winning at the lowest possible speed ?
Can't mark him down for that :)

Settle for the Ferrari being the car of the day then ?

Agreed. Kimi drove perfectly, took pole, raced from pole to flag without
a mistake.

But Hamilton made no mistakes either, and in a car that was clearly
second best, brought it home as far forward as it would go. It is
interesting - actually rather sad - to see the depths to which some
people will drag themselves to try to find something negative to say
about Lewis, even when there is nothing negative to be said.

Yes it was disappointing that Lewis did OK, huh? :)
Didn't even make any silly comments afterwards - new writers perhaps?

The thinking man:
"They say Kimi's ice-cool, like he's flat-lined, but I think my
subconscious is pretty much like that"
Gracious:
"I was able to trick him into out-braking himself .. I apologise for that
but .. we got the points, so it doesn't really matter."
And from humble beginnings:
"..avoid getting caught up with all the monkeys at the back."

Completely agree. From the inboard shots, LHs car appeared a lot more
twitchy that the other quick ones.
I think he did very well to wring the maximum out of his machinery, getting
a podium and not making any mistakes while keeping the pressure on the
Ferraris.
But the Scuderia appears to be a country mile ahead of everybody else at the
moment.
