Top 100 F1 DriversI posted this in the other place, but neglected to do so here.
The subject is the title of a new book written by the Guardian's long-
time F1 correspondent, Alan Henry. He's also well known as the editor
of Autocourse and has authored over fifty racing books.

There was a review in the Daily Telegraph recently, and their website gave the
full list. I've added the number of WDCs and GP wins for each driver plus a few
other relevant facts.

In this context 'Pre F1' means before 1950 when the World Championship began.
Henry include all of the WDCs, but has ignored several of the 88 race winners,
namely:
Fisichella, Frentzen & Herbert (3 wins)
Jabouille & Trintignant (2)
Baghetti, Bonnier, Brambilla, Fagioli, Gethin, Nannini, Nilsson, Panis,
Scarfiotti & Taruffi (1)
