Melbourne Weather and Track

Thought some may be interested.

WEATHER
Friday Fine. Min 25 Max 39
Saturday Fine. Min 19 Max 30
Sunday Fine. Min 20 Max 36

Tyres, medium and soft, graining is a problem but improves as track
cleans up.
Hard on brakes, brake cooling is important, after Canada the highest
braking loads.
Approx 70% of lap is at full throttle.

I've been told to watch the rears for graining, as the McLaren (and
others) may have problems in the heat.

beers,
build

Friday has been revised to 40C, so Sunday is looking very hot and very
fine. Woowhooo, go Williams.

Heat isn't a problem for Williams and their superchilled fuel, of course.
