Kansas: Danica qualified very well, but...

Kansas: Danica qualified very well, but...

per her own words in the interview after the qualifying run, they have a
lot of work to do on the race setup...which probably means that what
usually happens will happen...rapid drop back to end of lead lap and hold
on to that for a while and then it's over. But, we shall see...

Someone should hack the site and change it to the Danica Racing League.
Let's see if ESPN is still overdoing it with her at Kansas.

Wheldon is probably going to take it...I think he's been first or second
the past three years.

That post-race interview was an absolute scream. My wife and I were
nearly rolling on the floor laughing.

Danica had the tone of a grizzled old veteran. The way she moved her
jaw from side to side you could practically see a chaw of tobacco
being worked. I was pretty much expecting her to finish up with
"These kids today!"

I look forward to her commentary after she wins another race.

It was priceless. Absolutely priceless.

She sure as sh!t can't say much with her driving, so she might as well
make up for it with her mouth.

OTOH, from what I've seen from EJ's speed so far, I can't wait for him
to learn to have somewhat better judgment and the team to get the car
figured out. He's already outraced Danica on a street course, I can't
wait for him to outrace her on an oval.
