I wish ESPN would show more of the Indy Lights races

I wish ESPN would show more of the Indy Lights races

I'm pretty sure they didn't run 40 laps during the commercial lol.

At this point, I find myself looking more forward to the Lights race. I
just enjoy it more...not really sure why...maybe it's because it's about
the racing, not the WWFish drama nonsense you get during the IRL race.

The Lights are definitely a treat. I always enjoy the feeder classes
-- especially open wheel and that is why I find it distressing that
Atlantics are not shown this year. Maybe next year...

Yep, Lights are fun to watch. An hour would be nice.

I miss the Atlantics. Living in Canada, we haven't seen them for some time
because SpeedTV dropped them and (for what I know) the races aren't given
coverage. I know that ESPN picked them up for a while. Is that still the
case?

Speed would give the Atlantics a whole hour's coverage back in the day, and
(luckily) they still carry the Star Mazda series.

they're usually an hour, was the last one not? I always watch them live
on line as they happen.

ESPN edits them down to 30 minutes and plays them later in the week,
usually on Thursday afternoon, but the day/time varies.

And even with the "compressed for time" aspect, a bit better editing
would be nice... come back from commercial to "just back to green after
our second caution"... at least do a quick "this is what happened" bit...

Why...are they more exciting than the boring IRL races? I really
really was happy there was a "reunification", but damn I am trying to
like the iRL and I just find myself snoozing. I mean...if I liked
Nascar..I'd watch real Nascar. (I don't by the way).
