Well, since the on track action is not very interesting, the IRL has
to spice things up with a little pit lane cat fight drama.

Ditto - Danica was only 1 of several cars she almost collected when they
were trying to pass her in practice. Milka does not see blue flags, even
the most vigorously displayed ones, and doesn't use here mirrors.

Just to further my point, I have no problem with women being involved
in motorsports, I just want qualified women driving.

Say what you want about Danica's attitude and behavior, I do think she
is able to run with the big dogs. I just have a problem with her being
over marketed.

Milka needs to go before she hurts herself or someone else.

My thoughts exactly, Dave. I don't care who drives as long as they are
competent. Having said that, Roth should let the kids he has hired
drive. I'm ready for Sara to return. Too bad she lost her car at Indy.

I think she holds back and doesn't give 100% like the guys who are up
front every week. She seems to fall back after the start and hang back
in the 7 - 10th places. I imagine she would excel in ALMS. These
sprint races require a different mind set.

Yea, it bothers me too. I really hated the only stories about the race
were about the cat fight, but any news is bringing more people to the
sport.

It can't be long at this pace. I don't wish anyone ill will, but
hopefully she will only take herself out.

Hopefully a few will enjoy the race once the spectacle is over. That's
the way it supposedly works, but it is a long road.

I disagree with your assessment of this one incident. To me it looked like
Danica was trying to talk and Milka was throwing the tandrum. Even throwing
her towel on Danica and Danica remained calm during the whole ordeal. I
actually like to see her stand her ground. In this case I think she was
above board.

I take it you don't watch Nascar? It's part of the sport, and people
expect it after 2 drivers get together.

Thank god Danica brought some emotion to a sport full of vanilla foreign
drivers. Damn, even though she drives me up the wall, Ashley Judd had
more to say about the sport than her husband.

This is classic, 2 women "fighting" over whose fault it was!

Milka was clearly the bitch in that exchange. Danica was rightly upset
and handled it without losing her temper. Telling another driver to
watch the mirrors and getting the stewards to address the issue is the
proper thing to do.

As much as a bitch Danica can be at times, she was very much in the
right in this incident. The anti-Danica bigotry is really showing on
some folks.

I probably fall somewhat into the area of that last sentence. My girl
friend calls be a misogynist when I talk about her, but I really don't
completely agree. I like Ashley Force and Sara and wish more females
would enter the sport.

Why is Milka Duno (pronounced "Don't Know") out there?

A.J. Foyt could do a better job..... I don't mean A.J. Foyt IV, I mean
A.J. Foyt..... in his 70s, over weight and just out of the
hospital.... with a blindfold and sitting in the car backwards.

Seriously, why is Duno in most every race and Sarah Fisher on the
sidelines. Danica vs. Sarah is a much better marketing tool.... and
Sarah does have ability. When between the two series you lose Sarah
Fisher and Katherine Legge but get Duno.... it is a pretty sad
situation. Personally I liked Legge... anyone who can go through the
crash she did and then laugh about it coming out of the first aid
station scores points with me.... no Danica-like whining from
Legge..... EVER.
