Funny story
Funny story
Friday I was driving along to the Sunset Park entrance to the dog park and
there was a white Jeep CJ ahead of me. So this terrier sticks its head out
of the passenger side window and all of the sudden it sticks its whole self
out and before I know it this terrier falls out of the Jeep and is rolling
over on Eastern Avenue at about a ground speed of 30 MPH. I was right
behind the Jeep and I saw this poor dog roll over side to side about two or
three times and I hit my brakes hard and my coffee went all over the inside
of my own car.
So the dog owner pulls over and sure enough the terrier picks it self up and
goes running over to the Jeep and wants to be let back in. So the owner
tells the doggie to go around to the passenger side and the dog gets in that
side. So the dog does just that.
So me and my Wonder Dog go to the dog park and a few seconds later these
other entrants catch up and I tell the person that is owned by the terrier
that he has some durable dog. We both look at the dog and let it go to play
with the other dogs and the terrier is not favoring any leg so I guess
falling four feet and rolling over a couple of times at 30 MPH is not
harmful to a terrier.
If you ever have something bad happen to you just play it off. It ain't
nothing but a thing.
