Jr Crash Mysterious

Jr Crash Mysterious

Was listening to Jr's radio on the TNT broadcast. It seems that Jr. made a
last minute decision to pit, beacause he radioed "OK, I'm coming in!" right
before he headed to pit lane. Was there some sort of problem with Jr.'s
car? And why would he pit with about 30 laps to go when no one else was
pitting? McMurray said that he had no idea Jr was pitting, leading me to
believe that this was an unscheduled stop.

Does anyone have any more information about this incident? What did Jr.
have to say about it? I'm guessing there's more to this story than just
McMurray recklessly crashing into Jr.

McMurray makes for a more interesting story than Junior. What happened to
that guy? He started out so well when he replaced Sterling Marlin but has
been going downhill ever since. How does a driver get worse with more
seasons of experience? He is way too young to be washed up and he always
says all of the right things in interviews so he does not appear to be a
head case.

Jamie McMurray may be the Steve Sax of the modern era.

To save you the trouble of looking it up, Steve Sax was a second baseman in
Major League Baseball and for some inexplicable reason he suddenly could not
make the routine throw from his position to the first baseman. He made
something like 30 errors in one season but they kept him in the lineup
because he could hit like Ernie Banks and steal bases like Ricky Henderson.

You must have missed Tony Eury Jr calling him to "Pit this time by"
several times after they crossed the S/F line on that lap. Junior was
called to the pits, he just didn't decide spur of the moment to do it.

I have the whole thing (HotPass, channel 796, Dale Junior, in HD) on
DVR if you'd like to see it. lol

Not really, Junior's pit called him in, they couldn't make it on fuel.
They wanted to try and pit early in hopes of getting back out and
hanging on to near-top 10 track position if the rain stayed away a few
more minutes.

Junior didn't get all the way on to the apron, and McMurray didn't
stay all the way out on the track. It was just a racin' deal.

And "I didn't even see the 88" - Jamie Mac

He is becoming the Stevie Wallace of the Cup series.

please...
How many wrecks has McMurray caused?

Wallace brought out the first caution on the second lap
of the race Saturday, by running over a guy...
Jamie is hardly a hazzard on the track.

Jr screwed up. He should have gotten down out of the groove if he was
pitting. He deserved it.

Did I say it was never Jr's fault, topposting moron?

Maybe you will see him at the Ocean Deck where some of the drivers
have been known to hang out - including Jr and his friends - and you
can voice your bullshit in person.

Chances are you would be flying back to Tampa in a medical helicopter
from the beating you will get from the "drunken Jr fans"....LOL!

He won't be there. They'll all be at the gay bar across the street.
