Yabbut, if he decides to part company with JGR and start his own team and
asks out of his contract and JGR says no, then human nature takes over. He
is being "forced" to do something he doesn't want to do. From his
perspective, JGR will then be preventing him from doing what he "wants" to
do. That is a recipe for an unhappy camper no matter how passionate he is
about the sport.
As I said, human nature is human nature...
