Hell, New Zealand has had to instigate an extensive immigration policy
just to compensate for the migration to Aus. Kiwis are voting with their
feet and making new lives for themselves in Aus. Your question is
pointless as the answer is self evident to anyone who would bother to look.

As a Kiwi friend puts it: some time ago the PM of Oz complainaed to the
Kiwi PM that too many Kiwis were emigrating to Oz.

The kiwi PM's reply: "I would expect that it would rais the collective
intelligence of both places!"
