Are chocolate sour by nature?
Are chocolate sour by nature?
I saw some 100% cocoa chocolate for baking. I bought a bar and found that it
taste sour. It says no sugar added so I expect it not to be sweet. Without
sweetener, do chocolate taste sour by nature?

To me, unsweetened cocoa is one of the worse tasting things in the world.
Totally awful. But I think some people like it. For me it must be
sweetened.
