Where to buy Garlic Flavored Seasoning Spray

Reply from: Kswck

Previously, I have found it in the local stores under their own brand name
(Waldbaum's and Stop N Shop). Both stores have discontinued the product.
Any idea where I can get it?
Google search not much help.
Thank you in advance.

Thanks. But I was looking for the stuff in the spray can. The liquid stuff
is a flavoring.

For what does one use spray garlic?

It is used like Pam, but gives a bit of a more delicate flavor.

Sounds like a solution in search of a problem to me. You achieve as
strong or as delicate flavor as you like by how much garlic you use
and how you treat it. Smash or slice a clove of garlic, put it in a
small bit of oil in a pan, remove it before it browns and there you
have it: garlic flavored oil. -aem

I had that brand but is was the pure garlic juice version. I ended
up throwing it away since it had a very non-garlic aroma/flavor to
it and stunk to high hell. I suspect it's like the bottled vs.
fresh garlic thing. Never buy pre-processed garlic.

Wine Country Kitchens has several flavored oil varieties in pump
bottles.

I've found them at TJ Maxx on sale for $3.

Thank you for the 'spin'.
But it really does not answer my question.
The garlic flavoring spray-like PAM, I am still looking for. I can buy it in
14oz containers from restaurant suppliers, but the stupidmarket size cans
are 5.5 oz.
I would welcome any help.

I've never used it, never even heard of it... I've never used Pam or
any kind of oil spray. I've no idea why anyone would need garlic
flavored mystery oil in a spray can, in fact you don't even know if
it's garlic, probably some artificial thing. What's so difficult
about mushing a couple fat cloves of real garlic, stirring into
quality oil, and rubbing it on a roast with your own hands... aside
from eating that's best part of cooking, feeling the food... I get
great pleasure from massaging a big firm roast. I use as few gadgets
as possible in the kitchen, I do as much as possible with my bare
hands. To me a spray can of garlic Pam in the kitchen is like getting
into bed with Pamela and reaching for a battery operated dildo...
whaddaya, ascared yer gonna get some on ya?
