Speaking of books (isn't there a few collectors of books here?)
this was just mentioned on the "CBS News Sunday Morning".
There are approx. 11 buildings with books for sale
at this location in Wisconsin!!

I saw it, too. I may be going through
that area in fall 2009 on my way to Montana
so I may look them up. (This is assuming I
can still afford to buy the gas for the trip.
The way things are going it's probably going to
be $10 a gallon by then!!!!!!!)

Raunchy but riotously funny. And true! ;-)
Read it a few years ago.

Loved it. Hilarious. Also read it a few years ago.

I would probably like this one. I'll have to look
for it.

haven't read that one, but 'lies and the lying liars that tell them'
and 'rush limbaugh is a big fat idiot' were both trenchant and funny.

I took Franken's "lies" with when we went away this weekend. We got
busy and I only read about 30 pages. So far I think it's kinda
boring.

I'm just a few chapters into the Joy of Cooking. The plot thickens!!! I
just know it's going to be a devastating ending, depending on your taste.
