Question about kishkaHello, everyone, and Shabbat shalom.
I have a question for which I desperately need an answer. I recently
purchased a couple of frozen kishkas from a Kosher retailer in New
York. When the two arrived, there were absolutely no instructions on
either package as to how to cook the kishka. It appears that the
outside wrapping is plastic; should I remove that before baking the
kishka, or should I leave it on? Should I remove the wrapping and then
wrap the kishka in aluminum foil and then bake it? And for how long
should I bake it and at what temperature? I've not cooked these
prepared frozen kishka before and am a total loss.
Thanks so very much for your help,
Ellen
