Doing a search on "kosher AND beef AND casings" brings up more than a
few dozen hits. On a cursory glance, though, it doesn't look like
there's much there of what you want but you can try it.
I'd try the Aaron's/Rubashkin folks at
http :// www .agriprocessor,com /agriprocessors_postville_home/kosher_slaughtering_plant.php
and see if they retail casings anywhere.
