Passover roll question

Passover roll question

My family prefers sandwiches for chol hamoed lunches, so i make the
pate au choux rolls (water, oil, salt, matzo meal, eggs) to put their
fillings on.

The rolls work out to having roughly 2 tablespoons of oil in each
one. Anyone have any way to cut that back? Would it work if I cut
the oil by 1/3?

Sometimes Passover feels more like Hanukkah, with all the oil I use!
