I'm looking for water and suger content for Limoncello made with Everclear
...
If you make your limoncello with vodka, fine, but don't try and convert me!!
Tried it and it's like dessert ... to each his own.
Anyway, my thought is that for everclear, I should use the same amount of
water (or a little more) and about half that amount of suger ... so, for
750ml of everclear, 3 cups of water and 1 or 2 cups of sugar ...
Give me a wheel alignment ... or just slap me side-o-the-head
