What's New with Toaster Ovens?

Hello,
I am in the market for a new six slice toaster oven. We had one that we
accidentally broke a few weeks ago. It was a Black and Decker, and we
really liked it for the following reasons:
1. It had a push button 'toast' feature with adjustable temperature
knob.
2. No noise from the timer dials
3. The sides, top and back did not get very hot during use.
4. Big capacity.

I wish I had saved the model information before we got rid of the oven.
Does anyone have suggestions for an oven like this? Having an oven that
stays 'cool' on the sides, top and back is very important.
