I have a slightly older version of DeLonghi Dual Zone Extra Large
3-LB. (4-Liter) . In Amazon as
http :// www .amazon,com /DeLonghi-Extra-Large-4-Liter-Capacity/dp/B0006DOY7G/ref=sr_1_22/105-9691780-8892467?ie=UTF8&s=home-garden&qid=1172815724&sr=1-22
This is the fourth fryer I have bought and the one I am keeping after
almost two years of use. I have not liked any of the closed "hot
pot" looking ones especially the ones with the rotating interior.
As a side note, some models within this brand come with electronic
timers. Deep frying is so variable depending on type of coating and
size of pieces that a timer is useless.
I even have given the se as gifts.
