Anyone have a recipe that produces sweet pickled cauliflower. no mustard
please.

Check out _Small Batch Preserving_'s Winter Mixed Pickle which allows ya to
mix & match veggies. I call it Freedom pickles cause I usually get around to
making them in July. The leetle corns used in oriental dishes have been very
popular as are blanched baby carrots. Avoid green things other than green
beans as they fade to an unappetizing color (to me). Broccoli and
broccolirab were disappointing in this mix. Red jalapenyos are no so spicy
here wth all that sugar, and red bell peppers are beeyoutiful and anything
red or yellow or orange is just lovely. And can be made with Splenda for the
dieters among us. Even in the BWB, the cauliflower keeps it shape.
