2 teaspoon dill -- freshly minced
1 tablespoon shallot -- minced
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
1/4 teaspoon fleur de sel
Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl.

Soup. I like the idea of the dill gremalota and have many good carrot
soup recipes.
