Subject: Interesting and Different Salads

My friend comes over every Friday night for dinner and a movie. She is on a diet and
prefers a salad for dinner. Every other week I need a different salad. I am hoping
for some new ideas. They can have meat or cheese, just not so much that the calorie
count goes through the roof. Please help!
