If r.f.s were a coal mine or a monopolistic retail establishment, I might
agree with you.

But since it's just a bread forum and since there are other good ones out
there that are friendlier, when I would rather read about sourdough in a
flame-free environment, I prefer to go elsewhere instead of trying to change
what is quite beyond my power (or, frankly, my inclination) to change.

R.F.S is the grumpy old man of baking forums. If it weren't, some other
place would be.
