Re: Kenwood hardware: New head unit, old Sirius and Music KegYour older Sirius tuner (whether SIRKEN1, or one of the older
Kenwood-branded tuner models like the 903, 902 etc.) is not compatible
with the new HU you picked up.
You need the following parts:
From Kenwood or Sirius: CA-SR20V (this matches the jack on the back of
your HU & has the 8-pin mini-DIN to connect to the new Sirius tuner, below)
From Sirius: SCC1 SiriusConnect Universal Vehicle Tuner (comes with the
8-pin cable to connect it to the CA-SR20V adapter, above)
This is covered on Kenwood's web site:
http :// www .kenwoodusa,com /Car_Entertainment/Mobile_Video_n_Navigation/Mobile_Video/KVT-512
(see note about parts required for adding Sirius)
http :// www .kenwoodusa,com /Car_Entertainment/Accessories/CA-SR20V
Here's links for buying both parts:

I am not 100% sure on the bus expansion module (changer multi-switch);
the Kenwood site shows an accessory for that for the older 5L bus
product, but I don't see one for the new KAB bus product like your
KVT-512 uses. The older piece won't work for you though.
