[Admin] Invalid email addresses to be accepted for now

The moderators of RAHE have decided to experiment with accepting
spam-proofed email addresses on submitted postings. We have begun
accepting posts that do not have valid email addresses. Do keep in
mind that posts with invalid addresses will not receive
acknowledgment nor rejection notices so please do not email the
moderators about a lack of receiving such messages if you choose this
path.

For those of you who are technically minded and have a suitable news
reader, there is a method to receive moderation messages even if one
chooses to use invalid addresses. The RAHE moderation scripts will
accept a header of the form "X-Ack: emailaddress" to find a usable
address send the moderation messages.
