bad seller Cscmc1eiuedu audiogon

Cscmc1eiuedu sold me a mac cd player on audiogon , said it worked great but
when i received it will not track the cd's ,gave me a run around about a
refund told me to be patient yet he told me 3 different things when it came
to refunds anyone have any advice he is in illnois and i am in tennessee

First, contact Audiogon and tell them about your issues. Second, did
you pay via PayPal, if so, tell them as well. Also, do you have a name
and address for this person? If so, contact your local police
department and the police department for this person. Their username
includes a reference for Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, IL.
They may no longer be there, but it might be a start.
