On 3-13 I purchased a McIntosh cd player on ebay I paid for this thru PAY
PAL , I was sent this email that evening by the seller " Insurance will be
included. The boxes should be in either Friday or Monday and it will ship
the day after they arrive. I will send you info when it goes out. Thanks
Ken" it has now been over a week and I still have no tracking number or cd
player, I have contacted the seller 6 times via emails and 2 times via the
phone, he answered back 2 times and totally ignored my questions of if the
unit was shipped or my request for a refund or when it would be shipped, in
fact all he stated was he call me in the latest email below "Received a
phone message and tried calling you back this afternoon, but no one was
home. I will try to call again tomorrow. Thanks Ken" it is now tomorrow and
i tried to call him only to be hung up on after checking my caller id I
found call from m Lopez at that number according to pay pal i paid ken
larson, I am now concerned even more as I buy under my real name and I sell
under my real name, he also stated in a earlier email "Sorry... I have been
home in bed with the flu. Anyway, it should be back in the next couple of
days and if they haven't sent it yet i will get it right out. Thanks Ken"
When he refers to it what is it? Did he have the CD player or not? I want a
tracking number or my refund today I am tired of this game and I feel I have
gave him plenty of time to deliver the unit, no more excuses ANYONE HAS ANY

from your auctions because you mistakenly thought I was someone else? After
many emails and a couple of weeks gone by, you finally half-hearted admitted
your mistake but never apologized. Poetic justice?
