Both speaker outputs, AND the phones, are switched by relays:
RY250: speaker set A
RY251: speaker set B
RY252: phones
Every rotation of the speaker selection switch must be accompanied by a
"clunk", indicating a relay is energized. If this doesn't happen, check
whether voltage is available at the rotary switch.
The phones output is routed directly off the amplifier board, not through
the speaker teminal board.
