Total Recorder?

Some problems with Total Recorder Professional 6.1, has anybody
got fixes? Windows XP Home.

In both cases a scheduled job (KFI or WABC) that brings the laptop
out of hibernation if it's hibernating.

1. Job sometimes hangs at 100% CPU usage without advancing ;
the total recorder and minibrowser appear on task bar but won't
open on the screen if clicked. Runs until killed manually.

2. Minibrowser often won't find the DSL internet connection.
It can be set to retry on its own if nothing is recorder, and often
works after 5 or 6 timeouts. It works immediately if you manually
open a real browser and download the same page independently, I
guess either finding the internet connection now, or finding the
page in the IE cache.

(1) happens about one time in ten. (2) about half the time.

The fix at the moment seems to be run the same schedule on
three independent computers, if you want to be reasonably sure
of recording what you meant to.

Tech support may come through or may not; in the meantime I was
curious is anybody else is getting these.
