Reasonable converters, preamps quieter than my Rode NT3 mics, true 48
volt phantom power, works either with an ASIO driver or with it's own
driver on XP or ME. I've not got Vista, so I can't be sure as to whether
a driver's available that'll work.

I paid GBP 329 for mine a couple of years ago, & used it with a pair of
Rode NT3 mics on an accordion band successfully enough to be able to
sell the result at concerts. :-)

The only problem I've had was with one of the XLR sockets when the lock
failed & wouldn't release the plug, but that happens now & again with
the all plastic sockets they use. I cut the cable, soldered an inline
female connector onto the end & it still works OK. It's all balanced
signals with 24 bit converters at either 48 or 44.1. The 1/4 inch
connectors are TRS types.

For recording, choose any 2 pairs from the 6 available inputs, there's a
built in DI connection (1/4 inch unbalanced jack) to one of the line
level channels, 2 analogue channels out, & is easy enough to use. It has
a wall mounted power supply, if that matters to you. You can monitor the
input, the output or a variable mix of the two.

Works with Cubasis, Audacity, & the bundled Lexicon software.

I was quite happy with mine until I bought the PreSonus FireStudio.

I can't... quite... bring myself to sell it.
